What a fantastic place to stay! The condo easily fit our group of 6 and provided everything needed to cook meals! Plus you’re right on the main trail to walk either to shipwreck or Poipu beach

Spacious condo with A/C that kept the rental very comfortable. The location was excellent and we were able to walk to two different beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked and the view was great. Would rent this unit again.
Beautiful, large condo in Poipu a short walk to a number of beaches great for snorkeling, relaxing, and enjoying the Hawaiian sun. My family loved all the space afforded by staying here and all 3 bathrooms were well-equipped and never ran out of hot water. The furniture was nice and the kitchen was large as well, definitely would stay here again!

We had a great time at this spot! It was comfortable, clean, and had all the kitchen amenities. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach right down the path. The pool and hottub access was a nice addition. We really liked the location and felt the place was good value for the money. Highly recommend! As a quick fyi -- they have a stroller wagon, pack n play, booster seat, and all sorts of beach toys so don't worry about carting that stuff with you to Hawaii.

Comfy - walking distance to 2 beaches
Perfect for our crowd. 3 bed/3 batch plenty of room in the kitchen and living room plus porches.

They responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The unit had a closet that contained a small cooler, beach chairs and various other beach items that were very handy given its location to the beach.

We had a great stay thanks to the clean and well located condo. We had a three bedroom and three bathroom which was large enough to host 3 couples, two with babies under 8 months old. The pool was easy to get to, clean and not packed with people. We could easily walk to Poipu beach, restaurants, Little Fish coffee, and just about anything we needed! The condo had all sorts of beach supplies like beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. We will be back!

Wonderful spot. Walking distance to two beaches and very close to the location where turtles and seals sleep on the beach. Very close to the pool. We cook frequently while at AirBnBs and this kitchen is particularly well stocked. The closet also had a nice selection of beach stuff that worked well and augmented our experiences. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful.

The unit was within walking distance to Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. The wagon and beach essentials made the trip enjoyable. We will definitely come and stay again!! Make sure you eat at Puka Dog next to Poipu beach.

Fantastic location within walking distance of several wonderful beaches. Condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of dishes, towels, soaps, etc. BBQ grills were clean and conveniently located. On top of all this, all sorts of items for the beach were available in the unit: boogie boards, toys, chairs, umbrella, and wagon to haul it all down! Everyone was thrilled with the amenities… from my 7-yr old daughter to my 74-yr old mom. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Parrish Kauai!

This was my first time I have stayed with Parrish. All my expectations were met and exceeded in some areas. The rental was large and the beds comfortable. Everything we needed were found in the rental. I didn’t expect to find so many beach equipment and made use of several items since Poipu Beach was located nearby. I like the fact I was updated with reminders and other info through texts and emails. I enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed dor a few more weeks. The next time I’m in Kauai I’ll definitely look up rentals that are available through Parrish. Mahalo Nui Loa!
The rental met and exceeded my expectations! The rental was large and spacious. Bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Everything that was needed could be found in the rental. I didn’t expect so much beach equipment that could be used and we took full advantage of them with Poipu Beach located nearby. The pool and hot tub were located nearby and also the bbq grills. Used the bbq’s several nights which allowed us to save money on meals. There were still some good restaurants and bars located nearby to go to as well. What also was great was being informed with any updates or changes regarding the reservation through texts and emails. Our stay seemed like it went by so quickly that we wished we stayed there for at least a few more weeks! The next time we visit Kauai we definitely will look at any Parrish rentals that are available. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Perfect South Shore Location
We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo with its proximity to Shipwrecks and Poipu beaches. We took one of two footpaths and arrived at one of these beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. The condo fit our group of 5 comfortably and we appreciated the extra touches such as the board games, all the beach gear we needed, and the washer and dryer. The assigned parking space was also nice to have.

Excellent place to stay! Pool was right out the front door. The complex was quiet and cozy. The condo had everything we needed. Working with The Parrish Collection was effortless. I would receive a text or email with details at the perfect time for check in/check out. I am very pleased with our stay!

This condo is so nice and beautiful! It was Perfect for me and my husband, and 2 adult kids. There were 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, assigned parking, laundry facilities, nice beds and showers, a well-stocked kitchen, pool, hot tub, and lots of beach equipment which we used. The beach is a close 10-15 minute walk, and we saw resting sea turtles daily, up to 30 turtles on the beach at night. We traveled all over the island during our week there, and all thought the south shore was the best place on the island to stay. This place is wonderful!

Nice condo with all the amenities included
My sisters, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property early this month. The condo was clean and well- appointed. My only complaint were the the two single beds in one of the bedrooms. They were far too small and wobbly since they were attached to a bamboo headboard. I would suggest replacing these with larger twin sized mattresses. The kitchen had everything you need including a beautiful newish microwave and oven!

Loved the apartment and all the amenities that came with it. Beach toys for kids, cutlery for cooking and eating. Would definitely stay here again. Complex was well maintained, BBQ grills clean, swimming pool spotless, grounds well gardened.

Really nice place! Clean. High quality appliances. Great A/C. Extras like boogie boards, snorkel/masks, coolers, beach blanket, and beach towels. 10 minute walk to the Ocean beach. Close to restaurants and stores.

It was easy to communicate with the property manager and they would reply right away to any questions I had. The property was clean and exactly like in the pictures. I highly recommend to this rental and would definitely stay here again!
Loved the stay at Regency 621! Although we really wanted to stay somewhere with a ocean view this was still nice with a view of the pool and very tropical setting.

Awesome Condo (Regency at Poipu Kai)
This condo was super nice and comfortable. This was a working trip for our group. My co-workers and I looked forward to the end of the days and coming back and relaxing in this unit. Having central AC was worth the rental. This unit exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo to the Parrish Collection Kauai!

Great condo
Spacious place, friendly people, also we appreciated the place was fairly well stocked with the basics so we never really had to go out and pick up those kind of things. Would stay here again.

Great location and host provided many beach amenities, e.g. chairs, boogie boards, etc. This was completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated. House location was great and we could walk to beach and several locations for food, groceries, etc. Highly recommend!
