Spectacular!!

The property management company was extremely easy to communicate with and did a great job throughout the booking process and during our stay! The house was beautiful. Ocean views from almost every room. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked, everything you need to cook and eat at home, which is what we did most of the time. Both Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach within walking distance. Stocked with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and various other beach items. Would love to stay at this home again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the design of the unit and the fact that everyone had space and their own bathroom. It was tastefully furnished, and had a nice ocean view, including a sunset view from upstairs. It was within walking distance of the beach and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation with older kids. You won't regret staying here.

Perfection

First of all Parrish does an excellent job maintaining and cleaning the property! The home was perfect for three single women and a short, beautiful walk to one of the few safe swimming beaches on Kauai. The a/c units in each bedroom allowed us to each control the temperature. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Enjoyed the outdoor shower coming back from the sandy beach. The beach chairs and beach toys were lovely as well. Would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Kauai

We came to this lovely 3 bedroom condo last year for our son's wedding and loved it. It was great to come back to a place that has an ideal location within easy walking distance of the amazing beaches of Poipu.

The condo is lovely and spacious with a great kitchen. Only drawback was that this time we were 3 couples...so the third bedroom has two single beds. However, we did know that going in so it was not a surprise. Parrish collection management is very responsive to needs/queries. Highly recommend

Parrish management is very efficient and organized and responds promptly to queries and requests (last year we loved the coffee provided and they ordered more for us, and delivered to our door...this year we made the trip to the Kauai coffee plantation on our second day so we could grab more varieties to try.

The soundproofing in this condo is great too as you cannot hear anyone upstairs when you are downstairs...or when trying to sleep. LOL you can definitely hear nature at her best and at her challenging times (wicked storms and very windy a few nights. Parrish even sent us an email heads up on what to do or to look out for which was great)

Plus, they gave us a discount for being repeat renters which was greatly appreciated. All in all, we had an excellent stay here in Condo B, located at 1831 Pe'e Road, Poipu

We had a wonderful week. The condo is spacious and beautiful with high end finishes and ample outdoor space for dining and relaxing. One of the bedrooms has a walk in closet which worked great as a nursery for our infant to sleep in. We did have an issue with the gas grill not working properly, we were able to audible to the stove so this was not a major issue- though I did not hear back from anyone when I emailed about this. Overall a great spot, one that I would not hesitate to stay in again when we return to Kauai.

Good location

This condo is huge! Lots of common space. The bedroom with the twin beds is a bit small but the other 2 were good sized. The condo is about 1 mile from a large group of shops and restaurants, very handy.

You know how sometimes you get an air bnb where the pictures were way better than reality? Well that was not the case with this house. The pictures almost don’t do it justice. It is spacious, clean, and in a great location. The house had all the essentials. We had a small issue with the garage and the team was really responsive and kind. Resolved our issue very quickly. The location was great! We were walking distance from Poipu beach. We went on walks in the morning and evening down to the bay where we were able to see turtles swim in and out. We also saw some seals playing in the water. It was such a unique/fun experience. If we go back to Kauai I would definitely come staying here again 🙂

Post pandemic vacation

Beautiful, spacious property and great management. Our first big vacation in a few years and couldn’t have been better. Location near Poipu Beach and good/shopping was ideal and trips to Lihue for groceries and Kapaa/Coconut Coast for local meals and bike riding were short distances by car. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasurable. Everything that we expected and exceeded our expectations. The location was superb as it was just a short walk away from the beach. The highlight of our stay was seeing the green sea turtles rest on the shore at night. It was amazing to see them up close and personal. I would definitely recommend the condo to my friends.

A very well redone property with an obstructed view of the ocean (can see it between the neighboring condo units,) but doesn't obstruct the sound of the waves at all. Has multiple areas to hangout and socialize inside and outside (we loved the decks.) Cold water in the kitchen sink wasn't working, but the filtered water in the fridge made it so it wasn't an issue; kitchen was well stocked, but could have used more silverware. Having a bathtub and bathroom on the main floor was great for bathing the toddler and not having to walk upstairs. Outside shower was very convenient and used frequently after jungle hiking and every time we went to the beach. Having the benches on the porch made it easy to slip shoes off and with plenty of room to store them too. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms are a little cramped with the furniture, but there was plenty of bedding and pillows.

Unfortunately, we think the affects from being locked down from COVID has driven Parrish’s quality of service downhill. The response to our issues from the day we arrived to when we left two weeks later was terrible. We called to inform Parrish multiple times that the house needed upkeep which included fixing the toilet roll handle that was falling off the wall, the kitchen sink handle that did not turn the water on and off, the BBQ thermometer that did not work, the refrigerator temperature gauge that was broken and unable to be adjusted which froze our produce and food and thus, needed to be thrown away prematurely, and the dryer vent which was broken and ripped multiple pieces of clothing because they got caught on it. We also had to buy our own laundry detergent because no one responded to our request that we needed some. We called again after the clothes were ripped in the dryer to tell them how upset we were and they responded, “Aloha, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, I will forward all this information to my manager and get this resolved.” After 6 days, we heard from no one from Parrish or a manager so we informed them again that we had had no action on any of the problems we had experienced, and this notification was also ignored again. We left the house without any of our issues addressed and were so disappointed and angry that we had spent so much money for this house. This house is not worth the almost $13,000 we spent renting for 2 weeks and we cannot recommend staying here or with Parrish now for that matter. It is so disappointing as we have stayed with Parrish at a different house for 5 years in a row prior to COVID and were extremely happy. Also, this house is very loud many mornings when trying to sleep in the master bedroom as it is located on the street side and you can hear all the cars, buses, garbage/workers trucks, blowers, and people walking to the beach talking.

Great location near the turtles and Hawaiian monk seal beaches. Walking distance. Cumbersome to go to office to obtain lockbox code and show QR codes. Perhaps it will be easier today because Hawaii has lifted the QR/registration requirements.

Great house near the beach

We loved staying here, we could walk to the beach and enjoy nightly sunsets. It was big, plenty of bathrooms and space for kids. the kitchen has all needed utensils. AC worked great though you only need it first few days. Only suggestion would be to ditch the swifter, those never work, the floors need a solid mop. Everything else was pretty clean and cared for. Would stay again.

The stay is everything you would expect and more. The pictures don’t do the actual view you get justice! It’s literally steps from the beach. The inside was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. They have everything you could need there. From beach chairs, to towels and boogie boards. We noticed a day after we arrived that the dishwasher had an issue and the screen door had a tear. It wasn’t anything urgent but We contacted them just to give them a heads up. And they responded ASAP! They were very helpful and left detailed instructions upon arrival for everything in the house. Will definitely be staying hear again. 10/10.

This place is really wonderful. You can see the ocean and hear it. Short walk to Poipu Beach. So so so clean, functional, and comfortable. Beds were excellent. Water pressure so intense. So much privacy – basically each bedroom has its own bathroom. The one slightly odd thing is that there is a tub on the main floor off the kitchen/dining/living room.

A Wonderful Property

The property looked nice from the outside and the location was good. But when we stepped inside we were blown away by how nice it really was. The pictures tell some of it but it truly is a very nice home. Our party needed three bedrooms and this is one I would rent time and again if needed. We loved our home away from home.

Kauai Getaway

The rental had very nice finishes and a large amount of space. Includes everything you need for a day at the beach. We cooked a lot of meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with all pots/ pans/ utensils that you would need. The rental does have air conditioners in each room, but was still quite humid at times especially upstairs in the bedrooms. Location was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets at the beach each day. Would stay again!

A Dream

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We stayed with my parents, and 2 year old. It was perfect. A short walk to the beach and plenty of room for all. The place was super clean and well kept. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location on the island overall as well.

Beautiful place

the Townhouse was beautiful inside – with some technology issues. Power went out for 10 hours overnight and our christmas dinner was in danger in the fridge; internet spotty during entire stay, and completely out some nights; No modem in the place to reboot… TVs upstairs dont work

However, this was due to a major blackout island-wide after the large storm on Christmas Eve. The power was off completely or intermittent for several hours that night for everyone on island. After these outages many cable boxes, modems as well as other electronics and appliances were no longer functioning correctly. Please know our team worked hard to repair and/or replace equipment as fast as possible for those that we knew were out. Had we known that your TV’s and internet were not working we would have come over to repair it or replace what was needed. In the future, please let us know during your stay via phone, email, text or our APP so we may address it. We hope that despite the storm and resulting power issues that you still had a Merry Christmas and a wonderful family vacation on Kauai. We hope to host you again soon. Aloha and a hui hou.

Great location, space for everyone, and everything you need for your stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Our check-in was late but when we arrived at night the house was ready for us- lights on/AC on, etc- which was nice. It was spotless and had everything you need in a home- including linens/beach towels/toiletries,etc. We came with 5 people and everyone had a spacious room with bathroom making it very nice…the location was perfect- close to the beach and shopping. Staff also promptly called when we alerted them to a few minor maintenance issues. Overall great…

Great spot

Great home. Close to the beach and easy access to everything south of Lihue. Enjoyed our time there very much. One note – the listing doesn’t note a pool so ignore the picture – it’s the neighbor’s.

Awesome place!!!

Absolutely beautiful and better stocked kitchen than my own at home! Very well decorated and clean. Very spacious. Only complaint is that the beds were a little too firm for our liking. However, this would not deter us from staying there again. Overall, outstanding accommodations.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed in townhome B and really loved it. The location is so great and the unit itself is extremely clean and well appointed. I love the furnishings. The luxury finishes were appreciated and the kitchen is better stocked than my own kitchen at home! The views are excellent from the upstairs balconies. AC works great and kept us cool. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. Having 4 bathrooms was so nice. Everyone had their own privacy. We just loved it and hope to come back again someday!
Can you tell us which king bed room is the master with the walk in closet? we cannot tell from the pictures – one room has a lot of furniture, and one looks like it has a tv sitting area outside the door. Thank you! Peggy
