The Villas of Kamali`i at Princeville is a luxury townhouse style resort located at Princeville Resort on Kauai’s lush North Shore. Very similar in design to the Villas on the Prince, these two and three bedroom townhouse style units are bright, spacious and offer golf course, garden and mountain views. The Villas of Kamali`i is within walking distance to the golf course club house and Princeville’s other amenities and activities are just a short car drive away. Absolutely stunning place to stay! Princeville was such a peaceful environment and this was such great get away home. It was clean, very nice, and had comfy beds! Definitely recommend!

My family and I (6 total people) stayed here. We loved the space that we all had, and loved the place over all! When we did check-in, we took a quick look around and saw somethings that weren’t cleaned like: handprints on the tv, a plastic container underneath one of the blinds at the patio door, hair on the bottom of the toilet, and a stained pillow case. Although the place wasn’t “spotless”, we still loved it! We did let Parrish know, and they did offer to send house keeping to come and re-clean the Airbnb however with a family of 6 people, logistics of that was a little difficult! Other than that, the place was awesome! We’ll for sure be coming back next year!

House located in the north of the island in a beautiful and quiet area. Perfectly covered all the amenities needed with beach amenities. Impeccable cleanliness. There were 6 of us in three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every detail taken care of. We recommend it

5 star stay! My kids loved the pool and all the space. Host left personalized notes and tips. Every thing you need in a kitchen. Loved the swim towels, beach stuff, dish washer tablets, coffee, shopping bags, tea, soaps & lotion of great quality. If you run cold bring a extra blanket. You will not regret staying here. Decent place for the price. Beautiful location. House had a few moderate issues which we spotted upon entry. We immediately notified management of the issues, but they seemed in no rush to fix (did not fix the non-flushing toilet the whole week we stayed there, or clean the dishwasher trap which clearly had food build-up from past stays, etc.)

Princeville townhouse

Spacious unit #1 had great views, looking at golf course not other houses. At this time of year it is very hot inside. Although equipped with ceiling fans and box fans in every room, still hot. Some deferred maintenance is needed but you get a lot for your money at this lovely home.

Amazing

I would like to thank the owners for sharing their home with our family. This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. I enjoy calling it home for the 10 days we stayed there. It is set up with great flow and function! Super nice to have an extra bed in the office and a washer and dryer to use. Love sitting out on the deck and looking at the waterfall across the street. There is everything you need including coffee maker, blender toaster, all of your pots and pans, dishes even had on ice chest and chairs in the garage. There was one body board and we left two. So hopefully the next family that rents this place can use them. Mahalo!!!

Beautiful Condo & Great Price

We arrived after hours and had no issues with checking in. The condo was clean, bright & airy. With toiletries, beach towels & gear. Central location close to bike path, pool & golf course view. Walking distance to Queens Bath, St. Regis & Princeville Shopping Center. Luckily there are ceiling fans because I don’t think there is A/C. It was fine because we shut the blinds during the day when we were out & had the windows and fans on at night. However we weren’t there in the summer. We were in town after the flooding and Hanalei Beach was open and beautiful. As well as all the shops in town. There were still a few things not open but I felt that they would be open soon. Such a great community. We come to the area often and would return to this same condominium. The two stories were perfect for our large family of 5.

Great trip, the condo was better than expected.

The condo is beautiful. It is bright and has everything you could possibly need. The only issue is the king sized bed in the one room is so hard it is like sleeping on the floor, so I slept on the couch which isn’t bad for sleeping. The condo is very clean. No issues with bugs. We were there for two weeks.

Nice Spacious Condo

Perfect layout for us as parents with 2 married children and spouses. Great location near many north shore attractions.Good book left by owner giving their favorite activities and experiences. Dryer quit near start of stay and parts didn’t arrive while we were there. Also pool hot tub broke down near end of stay, but these things can happen anywhere. Parrish responded very well to dryer issue and delivered fresh towels as needed. Overall very pleased with condo , furnishings , beach chairs, cooler etc left in garage. Highly recommend.

Spectacular vacation home

This spectacular vacation home in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai is astounding! With three spacious bedrooms and three full baths, it accommodated our group of five perfectly. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area, making for a very open feel. We had only a couple of issues/problems. First of all, although it has an attached garage, the garage door opener did not work. (The door would only open partially and then close again and the remote garage door opener did not work at all.) We reported this to the manager, but were told that it would be a week or more before someone could come to fix it. There is an additional designated parking space outside, but you are greatly discouraged from using it. We had no alternative, so were given permission to park there. Also, the bathroom light in the master bathroom was out and since the office was closed for the holiday weekend (July 4th being Monday), we were there for four days before we could contact someone on Tuesday to fix it. Likewise the microwave oven sparked when we first tried to use it and burned out the outlet.(The outlet was also replaced on Tuesday). Fortunately there was usually an island breeze since the unit is not air conditioned and tended to get quite warm during the day and into the evening. We kept all doors and windows open when we were in the condo (closing them when we were out, of course) and all the ceiling fans running. Two of the bedrooms had additional floor or box fans and we moved these into the living area during the day to help keep air moving. We actually went to WalMart and purchased an additional box fan for the third bedroom, so if you stay here, now you’ll have a fan for each bedroom. Ntwithstanding these issues, we had a wonderful stay here. The unit is truly beautiful and well appointed. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious condo in Princeville!

This is an immaculate and very spacious condo in a gated community on a golf course in Princeville. Downstairs is the garage, two large bedrooms, each with it’s own private bathroom, one with a tub, the other with a very nice glass and tile shower, and a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. Up a wide,tiled staircase to the second level is a very open and airy living,dining, kitchen area, with many windows letting in fresh air and light. A lanai opens onto the golf course with a table and two chairs. There is a third, smaller bedroom on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to in the morning and a third bathroom with a shower separate from the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, although we did little of that. There is no air conditioning, but it was unnecessary, with temps in the 60’s at night it was very pleasant. Everything worked well and the condo was spotlessly clean. The Queen’s bath is a 10-12 minute walk away, although it was only accessible once due to high surf. There is a grocery ,gas station and a few restaurants about 3-5 minutes away and Hanalei is about 12-15 mins. away depending on traffic. Wifi was strong. I was very impressed with this condo and think it is an excellent value for the price. I would love to stay there again and highly recommend this condo.

Exceeded Expectations

Our recent trip to Kauai was truly unforgettable. It started as soon as we landed at the airport with the ease of obtaining the keys for our condo, to arriving at the condo and finding it waiting for our arrival. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as it was described. It is an inviting and very comfortable home away from home and great to come home to after a day of snorkeling or hiking. It was great to be able to phone the Parrish Collection office and speak to someone about the activities on the Norht shore and about the condo itself, the staff were extremely helpful and provided great customer service. When we are lucky enought to travel again to Kauai we will definitely stay at one of their condos again. Thanks for making our vacation truly relaxing and enjoyable.
