The Villas of Kamali`i at Princeville is a luxury townhouse style resort located at Princeville Resort on Kauai’s lush North Shore. Very similar in design to the Villas on the Prince, these two and three bedroom townhouse style units are bright, spacious and offer golf course, garden and mountain views. The Villas of Kamali`i is within walking distance to the golf course club house and Princeville’s other amenities and activities are just a short car drive away. The resort features club house with community barbeques and a swimming pool with a hot tub.

This is a beautiful place to stay while in Princeville. The back patios looked out into nature. It was like looking into a jungle. The inside decor matched the jungle theme and was tastefully decorated.
The bedrooms were spread out so we had plenty of privacy for our family. The smallest bedroom didn’t have AC but it cooled off during the night so was not an issue.
The kitchen was well equipped and met all of our needs.
The pool and jacuzzi were close to this unit which was another plus. We enjoyed using the beach chairs too. We would stay here again!

This rental provided a wonderful base for us to stay in during our trip to Kauai. The layout of the rental, washer/dryer, equipped kitchen, beach toys and chairs to use and AC in 2of the 3 bedrooms were great! We would stay here again.
Bright and very comfortable

Great villa for a group getaway!
by Luann C.We spent a week with six adults - two couples and two singles. This villa worked well with the exception of the bedroom layout - the third bedroom fit two twin beds with barely enough room for luggage. (It would be fine for young kids.) However, the rest of the condo is very spacious so ultimately, there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa was nicely decorated and well-stocked - we cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed. The location offered nice views from the multiple outdoor spaces. It is well situated within the complex - a very short walk to the shared swimming pool, hot tub (although out of order), and BBQ area - which we took advantage of. It is also close to grocery stores and restaurants in Hanalei and Princeville, with Hanalei Bay just minutes away. However, not much that we found within a quick walk - lots of driving. Everything is well-maintained and the one maintenance issue that arose was dealt with promptly. We\'d love to come back!

Peaceful villa
by Karen J.We came to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This was a great location, a quick drive to the beaches or the Princeville stores. We appreciated the peaceful setting, that looked out over the garden to the mountains. We could see the stars from the upper lanai in the early morning. We enjoyed our coffee out there. The Villa was decorated in a wonderful Hawaiian way. The kitchen had all we needed. They provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. In the garage there was plenty of beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. They provided beach towels too. It was a short walk to the pool and spa. The grounds were great to walk around. The only bad thing..... we had to leave. Mahalo Parrish Company, we appreciated all the extras you provided.

This place exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children, and it never felt cramped. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy when we were all home. This was my husband and I’s 3rd trip to Kauai and this was definitely our favorite place we stayed. We won’t ever stay anywhere but the North Shore and Princeville is a very nice and affordable alternative to Hanalei. We arrived to a note saying the dishwasher was broken which was a bummer since we stayed for 9 days, but the Parrish company gave us 1 free maid-service to compensate. The place was pretty clean overall, I’m an OCD clean freak so the upstairs master shower wasn’t to my liking. The issues could also be due to the age of this place, as it likely hasn’t been updated in a few decades. Overall, I would stay here again. My family loved this place and it felt like home during our stay in Kauai

Memorable family trip
by Gurpreet K.We spent a week with a family of 6 including kids & grandparents. The house was perfect size with two master bedrooms and a third room for kids. For us the best part was the location with serene beautiful views from the house balconies. Overall the house is well located near grocery store and restaurants with the Hanalei Bay just minutes away. The beach chairs provided cam quite handy as well. Would love to be back.

Other than a few minor maintenance issues, the unit was perfect for our family of 3. The views from the lanai were amazing-lush jungle and the Kauai mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen equipped with enough dishes, silverware and pots and pans for creating your island culinary masterpieces. The area is clean and quiet and close to pretty much any activity you want to enjoy. The photos accurately represent the unit. We'll be back!

Beautiful large well decorated condo
by Shelley S.This is a large beautiful condo in a great area. Check in and out was very easy and there was great communication from the management company. If I had one comment, it would be that with the welcome package, it would be nice to have the things required to do when checking out. Also, some places I have stayed had info about the island or local places that was very helpful. When we checked out it was asked that we close all fans but I couldn't find the switch for one of them. We were asked to remove our garbage & I had to ask the management company- to where. That is an example of the instructions that could come in the informational package.

This home was perfect for us! Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Full laundry was a benefit. Two master suites was a luxury. We also loved the combination of jungle and Mountain View! I think we have 20 pictures of the mountains! Very private.
