Loved our location

We loved everything about our stay. Very clean property and good communication. The only thing that was bad was rhe king bed..one side os broken

Nice place

This condo is comfortable and clean. Located close to the pool on the second floor. This unit is a rental only, not lived in by owner.

Great if wanting to fix your own meals

Well stocked kitchen! Would not recommend for stay in August as there is not air conditioning and the bedroom was too warm for sleeping. Its probably great the rest of the year.

Nice Unit but had some issues

The property was very nice but there were too many threatening notes around the unit. (Use these old towels or we will charge you if you take makeup off with the good ones, don’t get locked out or we will charge you, take your shoes off, run fan in bathroom when using dryer even though the fan didn’t work. get out by ten and send us a message.oh and Take out the trash, put the towels in the bathroom Floor and run the dishwasher. Pretty sure we paid a cleaning fee. It just seemed a little overboard. Also thought it was odd that we weren’t allowed to use the gate at the back of the property on the ocean side since most guest would be going to the ocean side. Shelves in refrigerator had glass missing. Perhaps remove the shelf rather than leaving it in without glass. If you indicate you provide towels for the beach, you should probably have more than two. We pack based on what is included and we definitely should have brought some extra beach towels. We have stayed in a number of VRBOs before but this one seemed excessive on the instructions. We Liked the space in the unit and the grounds but probably wouldn’t stay again due to the items listed above.

Wohnung sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Balkon mit schönem Blick in tropischen Garten. Leider angrenzende Straße laut. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Balkon könnte wertiger und gemütlicher gestaltet werden.

We had a wonderful stay at Waikomo Stream Villas as always. We are long time visitors to the island and always stay at Weikomo Stream Villas. The units are large and fully supplied with everything a person visiting Kauai would need or want. The Parrish Group are wonderful to work with if there are any issues.There is a also a great swimming pool on the grounds. Poipu Beach is a short drive, restaurants are within walking distance and there is a golf course right across the street. We highly recommend staying here.

In der Wohnung riecht es alt. Das Bad hat keine Fenster und der Luftabzug hat nicht funktioniert. Die Möbel sind veraltet und das Bett ist durchgelegen. Die Fliegengitter sind zum Teil defekt. Wir hatten deshalb Gekos in der Wohnung. Wir sind mit der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht klar klar gekommen. Die Geschirrwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig gewaschen. Wir haben sie deshalb nur einmal benutzt. Das Türschloss beim Eingang und die Schiebetüre auf dem Balkon sind sehr einfach aufzubrechen. Ein Spannteppich hat in einem tropischen Land nichts zu suchen. Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage für die Sommermonate. Die Besitzer sollten die Wohnung von Grund auf renovieren und dabei die klimatischen Bedingungen beachten. In diesem Zustand sollte die Wohnung nicht mehr vermietet werden.

Schließlich arbeiten wir bereits mit dem Eigentümer zusammen, um die Wohnung langsam zu modernisieren. Wieder Mahalo.

Great accommodation in a great location. You are close to the beach, a small shopping center on walking distance and quite in the middle of the island for going up to Waimea and Ha’nea park. It had all the amenities and was very spacious with great parking!

Great location to beach and restaurants but definitely dim and stuffy without AC. It can be hard to leave the shades open for airflow at night due to close proximity to neighbors and the parking lot lights shining in. In suite laundry and kitchen was a big plus

This was a great place to stay if you are exploring the south side of the island. It is super close to shopping plazas and beaches, and a 20-30 min drive to the east side of the island. Loved the spacious living room and dining room, the kitchen and having a washer / dryer. Also the shower water pressure was amazing. The only con was the lack of A/C. It does get hot in the bedroom at night, even with the fan they provided.

Great Location

Didn’t have great communication with owner was having was having a hard time getting in the first time was told to just call the on-call maintenance for the property also asked the owner for a late check out about a week before and he never responded to me the unit does look as described very nice and homey feeling extremely clean as I said just not great communication with owner.

The size was excellent and it had just about everything we needed for an amazing vacation

It was a really easy booking process and the condo was just about perfect. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable and I’m not a fan of shag carpet. Apart from that everything was great

Coronavirus

Vacation postponed due to pandemic. Excellent service from rental agency. Gave all categories five stars because we have been there before. But you really should have a N/A choice.

Beautiful condo! Really nice to have a pool, washer dryer in unit, and quick walking access to shopping center with restaurants and stores. Also, quick drive to beach. If you need an early check-in, highly recommend communicating that in advance, as we misread the check in time, showed up early with a car full of groceries and weren’t able to be accommodated. Our fault for showing up several hours early, but were disappointed to not be let put our perishable food in the fridge while they were cleaning.

The location of this place is pretty good. It’s a very short walk to the local shopping area, where there are some good restaurants. It’s an easy drive to swimming and snorkeling.

Big unit in a lush spot

The unit is huge with a large lanai and comfortable bed. The kitchen was well setup and had everything we needed. The pool area was excellent for relaxing and the grounds are lush and beautiful. The foliage around the unit has grown in significantly since these photos were taken which provides shade to the lanai but also doesn’t let much of a breeze through and makes the unit feel dark. The unit is just off Poipu Rd which makes it convenient to nearby amenities but also means you can hear traffic noise. If that isn’t something that bothers you, then this spot is great and a reasonable price for the area!

I enjoyed how informative and well prepared the booking was. You answered my questions before I even had them. The bed mattress is lumpy and one side definitely sunk in more than the other. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Despite the mattress quality, still great location!

Pleasant

???? Close to beach, walking and nice shops. ???? · Too noisy! Front unit close to (50 yards) from a very noisy street. People race on it, have loud mufflers and loud music all hours of the night. Bedroom is located closest to this street. Loud bathroom fans and neighbors above or below ran theirs during the night. I could never use this unit again.

Perfect for two.

Property is beatiful. Condo is perfect for 2. Has just about everything you need, including kitchenware. Lanai is huge. Not a huge fan of carpet in a house that is near sand, but whatever. You’re in Kauai.. who cares! : )

Quiet nice stay

The unit was clean and crazy large for the two of us. The bed was comfy and at night it was surprisingly quiet for a deep sleep. The roosters start early but that is part of the charm of Kauai. The area was perfect and easy walk to food, coffee, shopping and water. The only missed area was the outside patio of the unit. The table and chairs were old and it was not a welcoming space. The patio was huge and a missed opportunity to make it a happy, comfortable place to enjoy. Eating and enjoying a morning coffee out there would have been very nice. Add some comforts and personality and it will be elevated to a much nicer space.

Love Kauai but wouldn't stay here again

Pleasantly surprised for the price point!

Overall stay was good

We did enjoy our trip. Island is beautiful. Condo was overall very nice. The bedroom was on the parking lot so was noisy at times but since no air conditioning did need to keep windows open. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable for setting. No hot tub. Having waaher and dryer was nice

Great Stay, far too short!

The unit is well appointed, very comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were great, especially Nowella (sp) the Day manager. When next we visit Kauai we will definitely return to Waikomo Stream Villas!

Perfect

This was our second time at the Waikomo stream villas. We loved it. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The lanai in unit 123 is super nice as well. It wraps around the unit and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of lilikoi juice. The location is perfect. We walked over to the shopping center and got burgers and ice cream a couple of times. It is a very short drive to Poipu beach where we spent a lot of time. We brought our 18 month old daughter and she did very well. She played on the lanai and in the pool. A crib rental service coordinated with management to set up a crib in our unit. The unit was shady and cool during the day which was wonderful because it was pretty hot outside. We plan on returning many times! I cannot recommend this place enough! The only drawback was that since we were traveling with a toddler who goes to bed early we had to be pretty quiet in the unit since the bedroom door has wood slats that allows noise to come through. However, even if I had known this we would have still stayed there! I have read people’s complaints about the frogs and rooster noises, but we actually really liked listening to them. It completed the Kauai experience for us.

Awesome Environment

We had an awesome time staying at the Waikomo Stream Villas. In fact we loved Kauai so much we plan to return in the near future and we would definately stay here again. The staff were extra generous and so helpful and so were the people who stayed in various units. People told us all sorts of fun things to do and I loved that our unit had a washer and dryer in it as well. The weather was perfect and we just loved everything about it. The only thing we would do different next time is to get a two bedroom so our son would have somewhere better to sleep. All in all we would definately recommend this place to others. The other thing was we did not show up till after hours and the package we recieved on arriving was so awesome and informative. Thank you Waikomo for the hospitality. This being our first time in Hawaii it was defiantley a pleasure.

Very pleased

we were very happy with this villa, it was very clean and comfortable. the location was really good, close to many beaches and nice shopping and short distances to explore the north and west sides of the island. the grounds were beautiful and manicured daily. it was very quiet. the price was very reasonable. the villa did have a musty/mildewey odor which is my only complaint.the people in the office were very friendly. if we return to kauai we would go back to waikomo stream villas.

Great location!

Mahalo and Aloha- Staying at Waikomo definitley felt like a treat. The location was so central that it felt like we were only minutes away for any part of the island. Thank you to your staff for they were absolutely friendly.
