Great time at this place! Excellent location with spacious, comfortable living situation. The washer and dryer were very helpful — they even had detergent available. Great location and very communicative/responsive host & team. Feels like a mix between staying at a hotel and renting an apartment. Easy entry, extra keys provided, and a clean and well-kept space.

We had a great stay! The condo was so nice and it was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing I would say is to not depend on the beach chairs or snorkeling stuff, you should bring your own because it was pretty old.

Good spot in a very convenient location. Loved the benefit of visiting the athletic club which is very close by.

Had a wonderful stay at Waikomo Stream! The condo itself was super lovely and perfect for 4 of us in the family. They had beach chairs that we took to the beach. And the location was easily walkable to Poipu Beach and close by stores and restaurants. No AC in unit but the fans and the windows open at night was perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

The condo was incredibly grand ! The grounds were so lush and very well maintained , it was like living in a mini oasis. Great walking and running trails to local shopping , coffee shops and the beach .

Loved the place.

Our family really enjoined the place. It sure got warm but fans just did enough to allow for a good night. Fans could be replaced for quieter and more powerful ones. The roosters were not as loud as mentioned by other reviews. There were three beach chairs, one umbrella and two ice chests. We did buy a bigger Tommy Bahamas umbrella and left it there. The one there was too small and old. Beds were good. Well equipped kitchen, but the cleaners clearly take any left items. So we had to buy basics like foil and cooking oil. It had plenty of good towels for bathroom and the pool/beach. Overall a nice place to stay.

The unit was very nice! I love to always give an accurate review so I will list the pros and cons. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in especially at an Airbnb. The unit is big and comfortable. It has a nice balcony to relax on and has chairs and coolers in the unit to use at the beach. The communication is good with Parrish and he is very friendly. The only couple of cons are that the unit doesn’t have air and so it’s very hott in the unit and worse upstairs. The check out is a bit early but is understandable due to the cleaning process. The other con is that there’s a lot of bugs- mosquitoes in particularly so if you’re planning on staying here bring some repellent. Other than the few con’s we had a great time!

Though there was no A/C this property was very clean and suitable. The access provided to the athletic club was very nice.

Beautiful place at a great location with nearby coffee, shops, restaurants to walk to and some of the great snorkeling beaches jn Poipu. also close to the airport overall highly recommend this area and this Airbnb

Good location, close to dining and shopping. Poipu Beach Park nearby great for snorkeling! Kitchen very well stocked.

For this price, should have been a little cleaner. Had an odd situation with the light in the upstairs loft - came on for no reason before 7AM. The good thing is that there's an emergency key in a lockbox so we didn't have to wait around for them to come look at it. While it did get fixed, they never mentioned they were in the unit nor what exactly happened. Recommend utilizing the membership at Poipu Athletic Club that comes with the rental, that's a really nice spot. Great location, easy to get around. Good amount of kitchenware for all your needs.

Amazing place, definitely recommend.

Overall not a bad place at! Couple minutes any direction and you’re at the beach. Great local shopping and food some within walking distance. The place is in the top floor so it is a bit hot but they have plenty of fans to help cool things off.

AMAZING STAY! Convenient location, large unit, walkable to local stores, easy check in and will stay again when in Kauai!

Our stay here was really nice. We were initially worried since there wasn't AC but we were ok. Close to shops and the beach. We had a really lovely time here. The airbnb was well stocked with kitchen equipment, we had plenty of towels and beach supplies. I would stay here again.

It was perfect for our needs. Great for the cost. Close to everything we needed to get to during the trip. The down side was that the stairs was a little difficult for there people I traveled with .

Our overall stay was good. Communication was great. Place was cute. Location was good, right next to a shopping center and close to beaches.

Gorgeous grounds, lovely pool and walkable to the shopping center down the street. Minimal street noise. They had some beach chairs and gear. The lanai was great- you can look out onto a huge tree. Walkable to sunset wall and a bit farther to the beach (you can go through the resort next door). Neat koi pond on the grounds. The upstairs is fully open with no walls so it can get noisy if others are up and about. 3rd floor unit with some easy stairs. Well stocked kitchen but lots of high cabinets. Spacious!

The unit we stayed in was huge and well set up, and all the rich brown wood beams and cupboards were beautiful and clearly high quality. We liked the thoughtful snorkel and beach gear, the easy to use kitchen and local guides. We are all meals sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the creek. Also the art in the unit was a surprisingly nice touch. It had all the amenities we needed and was walking distance from coffee, market and the beach. It did not have air conditioning and we got a lot of noise from the nearby road (as well as the chickens!) because we needed to keep all the windows open to keep it cool. That may be unique to the side of the property our unit was located on. The ambient noise was not surprising given that it’s Kauai and I loved waking up to the outside sounds of birds and crickets, but it was not quiet and if it had been much hotter it may have been uncomfortable to sleep.

Had a great stay

We loved staying here! It was clean, had a nice quiet and convenient location, and had all the fun toys we wanted for the beach. It got a little hot due to a lack of air conditioning, but the fans provided saved the day (and night!).

A wonderful peaceful stay!!! Near beautiful Poipu Beach, as well as several hikes, walks and restaurants. Neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous ocean…Drive to beach was just about 2 minutes. There was no air conditioning per their description, however, there were more than enough fans for our stay, which we didn’t need with the great cross ventilation in the house. The entire island does have plenty of roosters, and we were thankful for the white noise App on our phone with kept us sleeping peacefully through the morning. Very clean & quiet accommodations, Very comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen had everything we needed. House also came with two beach chairs, a cooler and some snorkel gear. Snorkeling was Amazing at nearby Poipu Beach

This was the prefect spot for our family. We were in Kauai for a wedding. The rest of the family was staying at the hotel next door so we easily walked over for all the events. There was plenty of food and shopping that we were able to walk to as well. The ocean was close by too. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There were even boogie boards and snorkel gear that we used for our beach day. There isn’t AC but they had fans that worked well to cool us off at night. The service was great. They responded quickly to our questions. One of the fans stopped working and a simple text to them had it replaced. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Lovely place to stay near Poipu beach.

The apartment is in a great location on the South Shore, quite hidden by a lush garden. Everything was as expected on the profile, very clean with all amenities. Great communication with host.

This place was great. The ceilings are high, the layout is open and airy, and there was plenty of space for me, my husband, and baby. This was our first trip since she was born (she’s about 1 now) and it was great to have carpet everywhere, plus a bathtub and a lanai for eating meals. We spent a lot of time here bc of baby’s naps, resting, etc, so I’m glad it was such a nice unit. It was super clean and even though there’s no ac, we didn’t need it at all (maybe bc we went during spring?). It is pretty loud with the roosters and road traffic, but we brought a sound machine and my daughter slept fine. The kitchen is really well equipped with a ninja, toaster, 2 microwaves, and a small rice cooker. The bathrooms come with tons of nice shampoo/conditioner, etc. They also provided beach towels (4) and there was some beach equipment like boogie boards and chairs. We ended up driving to the beach since the walk down would be a bit tough with the baby and carrying all our stuff, but the location was still good. The management company was really responsive as well, I got several texts from them upon arrival and they made sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!

The place was wonderful, short walk to some beaches shops and restaurants, short drive to even more, and close to the canyon for spectacular hiking. The place was spacious and comfortable and well maintained. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit

The condo was fantastic. The location was perfect too. It was walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved our visit and would stay there again on the next trip!

Great location! A few minutes walk to the ocean and an epic evening turtle scene. The place is spacious, is conveniently located, and had everything we needed for cooking in each night. Highly recommend!
