Waikomo Stream Villas #433

We just came back from our amazing trip and our stay here was wonderful! The condo is spacious and clean with a very cute and homey feel. It was close to poipu beach and outdoor mall where we would find ourselves every afternoon after exploring the island. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Prior to arrival and through check out, communication was clear and complete. The unit was clean and comfortable. Grounds we well kept and beautiful. Location was walkable to food and activities. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for any type of cooking. Unfortunately the grounds were under repair which did have an impact on the outdoor beauty of the property. Which is something that is understandable. It was very relaxing and quiet overall.

We loved staying here! We\'re already looking forward to booking it again on the next trip back to Kauai. It was a wonderful location close to snorkeling, shops, beaches, and restaurants. The gardens in the condo villa are wonderful, and there is a nice peacefulness about the place (aside from the crowing roosters, which are everywhere in Kauai!). The interior furniture and artwork are nice and have great island vibes. The place was clean and well equipped for cooking meals (there is a grill for use near the condo pool). The lanai was a nice place to gather after a long day of fun activities.

Condo was exactly like the photos. Grounds for the community were beautiful and professionally maintained, as was the unit. Beds were comfortable, decor matched the island theme, space felt larger than shown in photos. Though I was a bit hesitant as unit does not have A/C, the trade winds were excellent as maintaining a comfortable temperature even in the loft area.

This is the most beautiful airBnB we ever stayed! The path to the unit is also such peaceful garden oasis, and it continues as we enter the unit looking out the lanai - tropical plants, bird chirping, sound of water... So perfect.

All of our family of 4 including 10yo & 13yo really enjoyed the stay. it's 2-10min drive to many beaches, stores, and restaurants. You can get up and go see the sunrise/sunset so easily. There are beach umbrella, chairs and a cooler in the front closet which was really nice (we brought a picnic mat from our home, which was also pretty useful). Kitchen is well stocked with tools (you will need to bring your own oil and other spices) and the dining space is so comfortable. The kids loved their Loft space (a bit scared with a couple of Geckos on the wall on our first night, but got used to it). It is such quiet part of the buildings, but it all the way back & top unit, so prepare yourself to carry all your language thru the path and up to the unit.

Spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you need for a beach day (cooler, chairs etc.) Close to shops. Very responsive host.

Everything with our condo was as described. It was very close to restaurants and shopping. The grounds were very immaculate. All the people were very friendly. Looking forward to going back since my 4 year old can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Parrish.

This was an absolutely beautiful condo. The setting was tropical, quiet and lush. The interior was super and so well equipped. We couldn’t believe all of the appliances in the kitchen! We worked from the condo as well and had plenty of space and it was easy for each of us to find a quiet spot!

The rental is better than we expected with lots of room for me and my wife. The linens are definitely thoroughly washed clean. Kitchen has everything that you’ll ever need. Everything works. The Lanai is a bonus that we used all the time especially when the whole compound is surrounded with giant trees and exotic plants. The stream that runs through the whole compound is very relaxing especially at night. We’re a 700 feet away from Kukui’ula shopping center. We stayed for 10 nights and it was very quiet and peaceful the whole time. The roosters are there early in the morning to make sure you’re ready for another day of adventure in the island. We’re definitely coming back and maybe next time with our whole family.

This was the most lovely, relaxing condo we’ve stayed in so far. It is a three flight of stairs, but that was not a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Felt that the lighting could have been better in the living room and bedroom area

We have stayed in Waikomo Streams condos before, and it really does have beautiful grounds full of trees, flowers, streams, koi pond, and nice pool. Very peaceful, a gorgeous tree out back off the balcony with a bamboo grove also. The only interruption to the serenity was the roosters waking you up every day (sometimes starting at 2am!), and you have to keep the windows open to stay cool. Convenient location, close to the beach and to shops. Well equipped kitchen. The main bathroom has a huge jet tub, and a rain shower above, but no shower curtain if you choose that option so it was a little strange, but beautiful. The washer and dryer are very small, stackable. The dryer is not the best, and the front of it is sort of pulled away from the dryer itself. We had to run it several times to get things dry, and only a few items at at time, but it did the job eventually! I would recommend to the owner to oil the butcher block island to prevent easy staining.

Beds were comfortable!

Beautiful apartment, gracefully decorated and in proximity to great locations. We loved the super equipped kitchen, the comfy beds, and all the details. Please beware that the place has no AC and when we were there, especially during the daylight hours, it can get pretty hot. Otherwise great place!

Had a really good time at Waikomo stream villa #433. We came over for a wedding nearby and the condo suited us perfectly. it was clean, airy, spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend for others looking for a place in the area. It's only a short walk to shops, beaches and it's a great place for a base while you explore the beautiful island of Kauai.

Condo was comfortable and roomy. I would have enjoyed the patio more, but the unit below us smoked marijuana in the morning and evening every day of our stay.

Parrish was very responsive place is very well furnished, kitchen was best equipped if stayed in so far, loved the bed and pillows were awesome. I slept like a baby. Lanai was very nice beautiful surroundings. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Centerly located to shopping, beach, restaurants. The only bummer was the pool & hot tub were closed which was a huge selling point for us.

Beautiful home with everything that one could want! The lanai is especially peaceful, the early morning chorus is heart warming and the pool is refreshing with just a handful of residents. Would definitely return!

We love staying in this apartment! It was perfectly appointed, and clearly someone’s vacation home and not just a rental property. With two children, aged 10 months and five years, the house was not cluttered and as such very kid/baby safe. The kitchen had quality appliances and cookware, and the beds were very comfortable.

The grounds of the property are beautiful, but know that with a lush and tropical garden comes mosquitoes. Worth it, just bring bug spray.

The location was excellent. Just a few minute drive from many of the well-known beaches, and just a short walk to several lovely small local beaches that were great for kids.

There are also two fantastic local grocery stores within a three minute walk to the apartment, as well as several restaurants.

This is an absolutely fabulous Airbnb. Everything from the color scheme, the roominess, the well appointed kitchen, the open floor plan, the jacuzzi tub, the gardens, the proximity to the beaches and restaurants, was just superb. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back.

This lovely space is just as comfortable and accommodating as it looks in the pictures. A very convenient base for exploring Kauai. The garden was an added bonus. We really appreciated the concierge shopping service as well.
