Great place to stay. The property is absolutely beautiful. This unit sits near a creek that is beautiful to walk out and see. There was a great bbq area for easy use.

Nice location - Unit could use upgrade and care
Kauai is truly paradise and my unit at WCV was an okay home base. Sliding screen door did not lock (sent someone out and still didn’t work after tech left), bedroom window screen closest to bed was warped with a gap that left irritating gnats into the bedroom and unit, bedroom sliding door very hard to open, and a dead roach on arrival. Fortunately, no live ones were seen. I appreciated the kitchen with items needs to prepare meals. All cabinets, however, had a strange musty odor that coated everything. Had to prewash everything before use. Provide this feedback as a courtesy to property owner and management, not as complaints. The experience of almost three weeks on the island was wonderful.

Sometimes getting replacement locks and items needed for these repairs is not always easy. We will look again into the repair and make sure that it has been completed. It is also important to note that sometimes dead bugs may be seen after the units have been recently treated. We are sorry that you experienced that and we hope that it did not detract from your stay. We have deep-cleaned the cabinets but will look into additional deodorizing measures as well. Very nice and private stay!
We didn’t miss the AC as the fans work really well and we could open up and air all rooms nicely. Very spacious and quiet- we were woken up by the birds and roosters every day (in a good way) and hardly ever heard the neighbors.
Some quaint shops for souvenirs in walking distance (we still recommend stopping by Walmart on the way in for a big shopping trip). We had a rental car that parked conveniently just outside the building.
Extra points for the large selection of tupperware boxes!! We cooked in larger batches and took our meals with us on hikes and trips around the island. Bed was firm and comfortable.
Only two minor downsides: The couch and living room seats were super soft- we ended up sitting on the carpet most evenings. Also, for the organizers, I recommend against turning on all the lights for incoming guests! It gets super warm.

Such a great place
We have stayed three times in Waikomo Stream Villas at a different unit. That unit was unavailable for our trip this time so we went with this one! It was perfect for us! We love the grounds, the pool and the layout of the condo. It was stocked with everything we needed—especially the cooler and beach chairs that we used daily. The place was very clean—loved having a washer and dryer. The communication with management was great and check in and out was perfect! We hope we get to stay again!

We had an amazing trip and loved this unit! We have stayed at WSV before in a different unit privately owned but this one is much better—updated, cleaner, more comfortable. Love the location and appreciated the amenities available. We will definitely stay again!

The location was great and our host was super communicative. Everything was absolutely perfect. Something out of their control was the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance which was a little disappointing but there’s so much to do in the area.

It has so much space
The location was great as it was easy to find and a lot of things to see and do very close by. Everything was new and great quality. Bed was very comfortable. A lot of space for our stay and we appreciated the cooler and beach chairs being provided. Beautiful grounds and the pool was great to cool off after a busy day exploring the island. We were very happy with everything!
