Very comfortable condo with plenty of room to spread out. It is well appointed and maintained, with an attentive management company who quickly respond to requests. The lanai and view were lovely and inviting. The third full bath and mid-stay linen change were a welcome surprise. The only downside is the complex is across the street from the water, not right on it. Also, the seawall is quite the popular spot to watch the sunset.

Beautiful home with easy access to many different activities and restaurants. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and all the amenities you need. Would definitely come back.
Clean unit with lots of common home goods to make your stay more relaxing. Pots, pans, seasonings, towels, etc. Three bathrooms is a plus!
Great property, loved unit 57 with its views. Nice that the office was managed at Poipu Kapili. There seems to be a disconnect between that office and the main office, especially regarding texts and emails. We didn't know we were given a complimentary noon check out until we asked about it at the office on site. The screen doors in unit 57 could be upgraded also, sorry forgot to mention that earlier. Over all, a wonderful seamless stay, can't wait to come back!!!
This condo is a 10! It had fantastic views of the ocean! We loved that it was close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities in Kauai. We would stay here again!
Third time with Parrish in 2 properties. Everything was as described and promised. Condo was very clean and functional. Pool and grounds are exceptional. Of course the location has no comparison on the South Shore. We have already booked for next year. Mahalo
Great location right on the water and walking distance to the beach at the Sheraton hotel. Just a few minutes drive to Poipu beach and shopping and dining. The unit was very clean, well appointed, communication and check in was perfect. The only issue we had is that teenage locals came by and parked right in front of the unit on the main street at sunset every night playing loud music and bass for 2-3 hours. It wasn't terrible but annoying when you want to enjoy dinner or the sunset and you can't go outside every single night because of the loud teenagers and music. I know this is nothing Parrish or the owners can control. Its still a 5 star unit and would definitely recommend. Parrish did a great job hosting. We'll book through them again!!

This is a truly wonderful location to stay in Kauai...right on the water so the waves can lull you to sleep every night, wonderful sunsets to watch, quiet complex, kitchen with most everything you'd need, comfortable beds, nice walks on the properties that front the ocean in Poipu, easy drives to Lihue, Waimea, Port Arthur. Parrish let us know how we could reach them if we needed anything, but didn't need to so it felt great to be left on our own. We'd definitely return to this property for another Kauai stay.

Fantastic condo complex next the Sheraton. Every night we kept the windows open and loved hearing the waves crashing... best sleep ever. Lovely complex, well maintained and walking distance to the Sheraton resort and beaches. I was completing a conference there but was so happy my family was staying at our condo, much quieter, could cook out poolside while kids played for hours in the pool/beach. Surf is pretty rough, our kids could only be in the ocean early morning (3, 4 and 6yo), after then the waves and undertow were way too intense. But they did get to see green sea turtles every morning on the beach!
